GoDaddy's Success Stories series puts real entrepreneurs in the spotlight, people running actual businesses with their hands and their instincts. We've traveled across the country to capture entrepreneurs telling their stories. The thesis was simple: when the back-end of your business is handled, you can put more time into the work that you love.

Approach & Methodology
Lean crews. Single day shoots. Multiple locations. These productions moved fast without feeling rushed, so every decision was made in service of momentum — keeping the talent comfortable, keeping the camera nearby, and letting the people's natural vibrance shine.
Hinterland was our first of this series, and Creighton's interview was the anchor. The story he told wasn't a product demo or a how-to; it was the harder version — employees walking out, grinding through long stretches alone, getting sick and showing up anyway. That kind of honesty doesn't get coaxed out of someone. It gets earned by creating the right conditions for it. So the morning was his, uninterrupted, letting him find the words at his own pace. The workshop, the wood suppliers, the foothills — each location added texture to a story that was already doing the heavy lifting. Hiring local crew kept the operation lean and the energy low-key, which mattered. A big production footprint changes how people talk. This one didn't. The grit in the imagery — raw materials, hands at work, a real shop in real use — wasn't manufactured atmosphere. It was just what was there. Post followed the same logic: when the interview is that strong and the visuals are that honest, the editor's job is to protect the story, not dress it up.
